Cost Savings. Next to people, communications expenses are generally a small-to-medium businesses’ second-highest expense. Most communications bills contain errors or are unduly complicated by multiple billing formats and regulatory requirements. Through our Communications Infrastructure Review (CIR), IPtimize reduces clients’ communications costs with ongoing costs analysis and management of service contracts, billing rates, billing discrepancies, unrequested services and even late payment charges (carriers, for example, are required to refund overcharges when discovered.)

Productivity Optimization. After reducing costs, IPtimize then makes a client’s communications infrastructure more efficient and productive.
